Return Policy

We comply with consumer protection regulations applicable within the European Union. If you placed an order remotely (via the internet), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

A return is possible only if the product:

has not been used and shows no signs of wear;
is returned in its original packaging;
includes all accessories and documentation it was delivered with.

To exercise your right of return, you must:

notify us of your decision to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item by sending an email to [email protected];
send the item back to the address provided by our manager no later than 14 days after notifying us.

Refunds:

we will refund the full order amount, including the standard shipping cost (if it was paid);
the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase or another method agreed upon with the manager;
funds will be returned within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
